Our Story
Akens Nordburg was founded out of the German–Spanish business ecosystem, with strong professional roots in the AHK Spanien (German Chamber of Commerce in Spain).
After years of close collaboration with companies operating between Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Spain, we identified a clear need for a more strategic, people-centric and cross-border recruiting approach.
We built our firm on this foundation: combining executive search expertise, intercultural understanding, and a sharp focus on talent as a driver of sustainable growth.
